Returns

We do not accept returns on any products. All sales are final.

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and details before completing a purchase. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.


Refunds

 

Refund requests may be submitted no earlier than 14 days (2 weeks) after the delivery date.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:


  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The incorrect item was received
  • The item is significantly different from the description

To request a refund, customers must:

  2. Provide your order number
  3. Submit clear photos or proof of the issue

All refund requests are reviewed carefully. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing selection
  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences
  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier
